Ed Young's Hardware in Williamsville should be investigated for tax practices in relation to buyer returns, government stipends, employees on payroll who don't work there and comingling of funds.
Besides possible tax allegations, township zoning and regulation, sewer stability and leakage, rodent and insect issues, also I would like to see investigations on Equal Opportunity Employment and racist efforts.

A hardware store with so many, ignorant owners, managers, and workers, must be in violation of one or several of these allegations. Ask around people of Amherst, Buffalo, Williamsville and Clarence, Ed Young may have a whole shit storm of bad history under their armpits.

Do not buy from Ed Young's True Value Hardware in Williamsville New York. After buying several fixtures for bathtub plumbing, spending over $100, I did not need all the pieces. There was a $22 faucet piece that I wanted to return because when I bought it I didn't realize it was open. FAT CHANCE AT ED YOUNG'S TRUE VALUE WILLIAMSVILLE. Remember my friends, although many are against corporate America, corporate America's larger stores like Home Depot are much more understanding with their return policy. Ed young's in Williamsville NY sells hardware but doesn't accept responsibility when a package I bought was already opened, and furthermore not needed for my repair. With my $123.73 receipt in hand I attempted to return the $22 piece. They didn't care about keeping me as a customer, they are not Home Depot. For my experience sake, they are Ed Youngs TRUE RIP OFF HARDWARE.
I know people have reservations about large chains like Home Depot, but I shopped Home Depot for 20 years without problems with returns. Not Ed Youngs True Value in Williamsville, their hardware is garbage to begin with and the only reason why I stopped there is because a friend recommend I shop a local Franchise like Ed Young's Hardware. Well my friends, I say DO NO SHOP ED YOUNGS TRUE VALUE HARDWARE in Williamsville, New York. Most likely if you have a problem there, they will make you wait for customer service, then write a return slip that has to be verified by department, then because the morons don't know anything you have to wait for them to get a manager who is yapping it up with his hunting buddy while he's trying to make it appear like he's helping a customer.
 Give me a break and buyer beware of Ed Young's True Value!
